Brief

Brief:

In this learning and researching journey, we bring together topic experts and independent researchers to explore Hindu ideas of feminity and feminism. The purpose is to:

-To understand the mainstream conversation around feminism and womanhood.

-To research and critically examine the seed from which ideas such as feminism have grown, and the soil in which they were sown.

-To explore the historical and socio-political factors which have contributed tothe modern-day Hindu psyche and the current challenges Hindus face to immerse ourselves in indigenous Hindu wisdom on femininity and to ignite adeep understanding of shakti.

-To learn how to communicate Hindu perspectives to the public in a way thatcan cut through the noise.
