The Tattva Institute stands for a sustainably flourishing society. Here, we nurture creative leaders and incubate pioneering ideas that bridge the gap between where we are now - including everything we can celebrate - with where we want to be.

The School hosts learning programmes and the institute holds events, seminars and publishes the flagship journal - Emergence.

Prosperity

A sustainably flourishing society is in which every household is able to live comfortably and have their basic needs met. On one hand, this means inclusive and sustainable means of maintaining achieving prosperity, whilst on the other embracing the multi-polar and globalised world we now live in.

The modern world is largely governed by the market economy, and as such human behaviour is influenced by this.

We partner with organisations such as the Legatum Institute, The Adam Smith Institute and Demos to explore the dimensions of prosperity.

Power

Effective governance, democracy and the rule of law play a pivotal role in a achieving a sustainably flourishing world.

Planet

We can't achieve without respecting our only home - this planet - Mother Earth. Anthroponcentric human behaviour has lead to the demise of crucial ecological systems, and we find ourselves at the precipice of climate collapse. Or do we?

Whilst acknowledging the cojnstraints of our planet, what is the reality? Where science may provide simple diagnostics, can the complexity of social systems play a more nuanced role in mitigating climate change?
